“Exceeded expectations for an airport hotel (10 min walk from airport), though the air conditioning would not go colder than 21.5C (roughly 70F) and there was a fee for ice. The breakfast was superb and we even got a morning swim in the very clean pool.”

“Stayed here for 2 nights and started off with the hotel being understaffed and not really helpful in finding our rooms or helping with baggage. when it came to assisting in calling taxi/transport service, there was virtually no help at all and we were told we had to call them ourselves (we asked multiple times if they had contacts atleast and were met with rude responses) Called at 10 PM for additional pillows because the ones they provide are extremely thin and only provide (2) pillows for……

“De locatie was helemaal top, praktisch in het centrum, maar wel in een straat waar verder geen restaurants waren. Dit betekende dat je binnen een paar honderd meter bij allemaal leuke restaurantjes en barretjes was, maar ‘s avonds/‘‘s nachts geen last had van herrie. Inchecken ging heel soepel online, vervolgens kregen we per whatsapp bericht de code voor de voordeur en een aparte code voor onze kamer. De kamer zelf was heel netjes en had alles wat je nodig kan hebben. Douche was heel fijn……

“Boutique hotel outside Porto Rotondo. Everything was 5 stars here, except for the AC in our room that was a little old and couldn’t keep up with the summer high temperatures. Staff was extremely polite and welcoming, hotel is beautiful, pool is dreamy and our included breakfast was delicious. If you are planning to stay here to visit beaches and towns, you will need a car. Will definetly come back!”
